In the west you'll find a studio. Here, the goldsmith duo Hanck Hengeveld works, two completely complementary opposites: a man and a woman, bold and refined, minimalist and detailed. One is steeped in the latest technology, the other drawn to old techniques. Together, they can do anything. They play with fire, hammers, drawbench, and rollers, but also with laser technology, 3D drawing, 3D printing, and casting.

 

Matthijs Hanck Sieraden stands for flawless, minimalist, exclusive, and progressive design. With his passion for innovation and years of technical expertise, Matthijs is adept at connecting the dots from idea to 3D design, and ultimately, the piece itself. His powerful, minimalist designs are beloved as wedding rings, and that's now his specialty.

 

Marleen works under the AMMA Jewelry label. Trained as a goldsmith and art historian, her work is most inspired by art, traditional craftsmanship, and the beauty of pearls and gemstones. Combining traditional techniques with contemporary design results in jewelry with a timeless yet contemporary character. Jewelry of refined craftsmanship.

In addition to engagement rings, wedding rings, and our own collections, Hanck Hengeveld also offers custom designs, repairs, and business gifts.

 

The duo also regularly collaborates on commissioned projects. For example, the studio created a silver medal for the Dalai Lama, commissioned by the International Campaign for Tibet.
